Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd, one of the leading
general insurance companies in Bangladesh has signed up with SSLCOMMERZ, the
e-commerce merchant service provider to facilitate online premium payment
services for its policy holders.
The signing ceremony was held at the conference hall of
Phoenix Insurance Company Limited in its Dilkusha Office on Monday, December
26, 2011. The Agreement was signed and exchanged between Mr. Anisul Islam,
General Manager of SSLCOMMERZ and Mr. Md. Jamirul Islam, Managing Director
of Phoenix Insurance. Mr. Mohammad Shoeb, Chairman, Mr. Md. Imam Shaheen,
Additional Managing Director of Phoenix Insurance Company and Mr. Jubaer
Hossain, Manager, Business Development and Mr. Mahbub-Ur-Rashid Khan, Sr.
Marketing Associate, E-business of SSLCOMMERZ were also present in the
event.
As an outcome of this agreement, Phoenix Insurance policy
holders will shortly be able to pay their insurance premiums from
